Moments later, Dr. Ranganath calls Dr. Ashutosh asking him to reach the hospital as fast as he could, as the kids are going on hunger strike. Reaching the hospital, he discovers that the kids want Dr. Nidhi to come back and that's the reason they are showing these tantrums.
