Overview

Jujutsu Kaisen is an anime television series that premiered in 2020. The story follows Yuji Itadori, a high school student who possesses tremendous physical strength and spends his time participating in activities with the Occult Club. His ordinary life changes after he encounters cursed spirits that feed on humans. To save a classmate from a curse, Itadori consumes the finger of the legendary and feared demon Ryomen Sukuna. By swallowing this cursed talisman, Itadori takes the curse into his own soul and begins sharing his body with the demon. Under the guidance of the powerful sorcerer Satoru Gojo, Itadori is admitted to Tokyo Jujutsu High School. This organization is dedicated to fighting curses, and Itadori joins with the goal of locating the remaining body parts of the demon to exorcise himself. The series depicts the heroic tale of a boy who becomes a curse to exorcise other curses, embarking on a path from which he cannot turn back. The show is available in both subbed and dubbed formats.
