Overview
Joey is an American sitcom that premiered on NBC on September 9, 2004, as a part of the network's Thursday-night comedy lineup. The series is a spin-off sequel to Friends, with Matt LeBlanc reprising his role as Joey Tribbiani. Joey has moved to Hollywood, hoping to truly make it as an actor, and has reunited with his high-strung sister Gina, a strong and sexy hairdresser. He moves in with her genius 20-year-old son, graduate student Michael, who is a rocket scientist. The show was created by Scott Silveri and Shana Goldberg-Meehan and features a cast including Matt LeBlanc, Paulo Costanzo, Drea de Matteo, and Andrea Anders. Although the series was not well received by critics, the pilot episode attracted a significant number of viewers. The series consists of two seasons and all episodes are available to watch.
