S6·E22 Shiny Happy People

Episode recap

Task: Write a 280-380 word episode recap for Grey's Anatomy S6E22 (Shiny Happy People).
Constraint 1: Use ONLY verifiable facts from the provided SYNOPSIS and SOURCES.
Constraint 2: Do not invent/guess titles, names, dates, etc.
Constraint 3: If a detail is not in the material, omit it.
Constraint 4: Write original, neutral, encyclopedic prose in plain text.
Constraint 5: No markdown, no asterisks, no headings, no bullet points.
Constraint 6: Word count target: 280-380 words.
Synopsis:
Elderly patient in E.R. for a heart condition sees a long lost love in the E.R. (who is there for a fractured arm).
Staff gets caught up in their love story.
Karev treats a troubled teenage patient (guest star Demi Lovato) for schizophrenia (brought in by parents).
Meredith tells Cristina about her suspicions of Owen, which messes with Cristina's head.
Sources:
Series follows doctors at Seattle's Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital.
Created by Shonda Rhimes.
Cast includes Ellen Pompeo, Chandra Wilson, James Pickens Jr., Kevin McKidd.
Series debuted on ABC in 2005.
The synopsis is quite short.
The sources provide context about the show (setting, creator, cast, debut) but don't add much to the specific episode plot.
Problem: The synopsis is very brief. Reaching 280-380 words using only these facts without "guessing" or "adding dialogue/scene order/plot events" is extremely difficult. If I strictly follow "If the synopsis is sparse, stay concise rather than guessing," I will likely fall far short of the 280-word minimum.
Drafting Content:
