The Doctor receives a terrible warning unitedly sent by his friends regarding the Pandorica, which is said to contain the most feared being in all the cosmos. As the Pandorica is opening, the central question is what is inside, and whether the Doctor can stop it. This episode forms part of the fifth series of the British science-fiction television programme Doctor Who, which was originally broadcast on BBC One in 2010 beginning on 3 April. The programme features the Doctor, who is described as a Time Lord, a nine-hundred-year-old alien with two hearts.
