This trip, Guy's goin' off the beaten path to check out funky finds. In Charlotte, an eatery inside a beer store spinnin' up crazy waffle creations. North of Houston, a not-your-everyday fusion joint mashin' up barbecue with sushi. And Guy's headed back to Cancún, where they're dishin' out regional specialties fresh from the sea at a funky-cool hideout on Boulevard Kukulkan.
