CHEUNG sells her jewels so as to get the capital to run an inn. The business is quite good as all the employees devote to their work. The Emperor of foxes gives order to take CHEUNG as his concubine and to arrest FA FA. YUNG comes and asks CHEUNG to go with him. CHEUNG refuses to leave and POK drives him away. Before he leaves, YUNG reminds them that their inn may be on fire. YUNG sends SIU YIN to seduce KWAI. WONG is aware that POK's inn and his people are haunted by foxes. He wants to catch YIN but he is stopped by POK. KWAI becomes sick. POK wants to find FA FA but he has been caught by YUNG. CHEUNG decides to go home to get the medicine. YUNG forces CHEUNG to marry the Emperor of foxes but CHBUNG tells him that she is bearing a baby. YUNG is so angry that he kicks CHEUNG. CHEUNG has a miscarriage.
