Sylvie and her daughter Amandine called on Philippe Etchebest to help them save their crêperie in Bléré, Indre-et-Loire. After a long experience as a waitress, Sylvie bought this creperie two years ago. Her objective: to have her own business and to offer a job to her daughter, who works today in the dining room at her side.
