Synopsis
A model is in the middle of a photoshoot at a hotel, when a man falls off a balcony into the hotel swimming pool, dying. CID finds out that the man is Ganpath, a former waiter at the hotel, who was fired after being accused of stealing. In season one, episode three hundred eighty-four of C.I.D., titled The Case Of Dead Waiter - Part 1, a model is in the middle of a photoshoot at a hotel when a man falls off a balcony into the hotel swimming pool and dies. The C.I.D. team investigates the incident and discovers that the deceased man is Ganpath. Ganpath is a former waiter at the hotel who was previously fired after being accused of stealing. Upon examining the balcony where Ganpath fell, the officers find footprints belonging to two people, which indicates that somebody else was up with him on the balcony prior to his fall. The episode sets up the mystery of how the C.I.D. will solve this case.
