Bad Girl is a 2025 anime series based on the manga written and illustrated by Nikumaru. The source material was serialized in Houbunsha's Manga Time Kirara Carat magazine under the Manga Time KR Comics imprint starting in March 2021. The television adaptation, which debuted in July 2025, features a voice cast that includes Brittney Karbowski, Monica Rial, Luci Christian, and Katelyn Barr. The story follows Yuu Yuutani, a first-year high school student known for her perfect attendance and excellent grades. Despite her reputation as a goody-two-shoes, Yuu is infatuated with Atori Mizutori, who is described as the school's Madonna. In an attempt to capture Atori's attention, Yuu decides to abandon her academic standing and adopt the persona of a delinquent. The narrative centers on the comedic complications that arise as Yuu discovers that being a bad girl is difficult for someone with her naturally good-natured personality. The series is cataloged as a 2025 production and is also referred to by its Japanese title, Baddo Gāru.
