In the eleventh hour of Day 3, Jack's efforts to obtain the virus from Amador continue. He forces Nina to collaborate with him in this endeavor.
Meanwhile, Palmer engages in a meeting with Sherry, where he persuades her to assist him in addressing the situation with Milliken.
