Zabou Breitman, born Isabelle Breitman on October 30, 1959, and also known simply as Zabou, is a French actress and director. She is the daughter of actors Jean-Claude Deret and Celine Leger. She appeared in her first movie at the age of four. Since 1981, she has acted in dozens of roles in films, television movies, and theaters. In 2001, she made her directorial debut with Se souvenir des belles choses, earning a Cesar Award for Best Debut. In 2000, she played the role of French actress Lucille Cadeau in the London premiere of Ayckbourn's House and Garden at the National Theatre. She also participated in Rendez-vous en terre inconnue in 2012.
