Biography
Xu Zheng is a Chinese actor, director, screenwriter, and producer born in Shanghai, China, on April 18, 1972. He graduated from the Shanghai Theatre Academy in 1994. Known for his work in both television and film, he gained national recognition for comedic roles in television series such as Sunny Piggy, which aired in 2000. Xu later transitioned to films, making his directorial debut with Lost in Thailand in 2012, a project he co-wrote, co-produced, and starred in. His subsequent film work includes starring alongside Huang Bo in the 2014 comedy road film Breakup Buddies directed by Ning. With numerous known credits in the entertainment industry, Xu remains a prominent figure in Chinese cinema.
