Tobias Santelmann is a Norwegian actor born on August 8, 1980, in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. He is best known for starring in the Academy Award-nominated film Kon-Tiki released in 2012. Throughout his career, he has also taken on supporting roles in the films Hercules in 2014 and Point Break in 2015. On television, he starred in the TV crime drama Grenseland, the television series The Last Kingdom from 2015 to 2018, the television series Those Who Kill in 2021, and the HBO series Beforeigners.
