Terrance Dee Funk, also known as Chainsaw Charli, was an American professional wrestler and actor born in Hammond, Indiana, on June 30, 1944. He was known for the length of his career, which spanned more than 50 years and included multiple short-lived retirements, and for the hardcore wrestling style he adopted in the latter part of his career that inspired many younger wrestlers, including Mick Foley. During his career, Funk appeared in the NWA, AWA, WWF/E, WCW, ECW, USWA, ROH, and TNA. He was a former two-time world heavyweight champion, having held the NWA World Heavyweight Championship once and the USWA Unified World Heavyweight Championship once, as well as winning the ECW World Heavyweight Championship twice. Funk passed away on August 23, 2023, at the age of 79.

He held several championships, becoming a two-time world heavyweight champion by holding the NWA World Heavyweight Championship once and the USWA Unified World Heavyweight Championship once. In addition, he won the ECW World Heavyweight Championship twice, with his second reign granted to him as an honorary lifetime title by ECW.
