Takis Christoforidis was a Greek actor born in Istanbul in 1914 who passed away in Athens in 1973. He was a cousin of fellow actor Pericles Christoforidis and a member of the well-known Christoforidis theatrical family. He played mainly secondary comic roles and became known through the role of the nervous or the mad doctor who had a tic. He became a member of the Greek National Theatre Association in 1937 and collaborated with prose troupes and the National Theatre from 1936 to 1941. During the 1939 to 1940 period, he appeared in the operetta Bat staged by the Foundation's Opera Stage. Until 1945, he was at the State Theatre of Thessaloniki and subsequently toured Cyprus with P. Kyriakos from 1945 to 1948.
