Biography

Susan Lynch is an actor from Northern Ireland, born on June 5, 1971, in Corrinshego, County Armagh. She was born to an Italian mother from Trivento and an Irish father, and she is one of five siblings, including her eldest brother, actor John Lynch. She received her professional training at the Central School of Speech and Drama. Lynch has appeared in numerous films, including Waking Ned Devine, Nora, Beautiful Creatures, From Hell, and 16 Years of Alcohol. Throughout her career, she has won three Irish Film and Television Academy Awards. This includes a Best Leading Actress win for her performance in the film Nora, which depicts the life of Nora Barnacle and her husband, the author James Joyce.
