Sterling Price Holloway Jr. was an American actor born on January 14, 1905, in Cedartown, Georgia, United States. He appeared in over 100 films and 40 television programs during his career. In addition to his screen acting work, he provided voice acting for The Walt Disney Company. Known for his distinctive tenor voice, he is perhaps best remembered for voicing Walt Disney's character Winnie the Pooh. Throughout his life, he was also known by the name Sterling. He passed away on November 22, 1992, at the age of 87.
