Silvia Dionisio was born on September 28, 1951, in Rome, Italy, as the daughter of a pediatrician. She made her cinema debut at the age of 14 in the 1965 film Darling, directed by John Schlesinger. In 1967, she won the Miss Teenager beauty contest. Following appearances in musicarelli movies, she secured her first main role in the 1970 film A Girl Called Jules, also known as La ragazza di nome Giulio. In 1975, she starred in the film Ondata di piacere, directed by Ruggero Deodato. She married Deodato on December 5, 1971, and they had a son named Saverio Deodato Dionisio before divorcing in 1979. Recognized in her bio as an erotic icon of the period, she is credited with 49 acting roles.
