Shefali Shah is an Indian actress. Born in July 1972, she made her film debut with a minor role in the 1995 drama Rangeela. Her performance in the crime film Satya received critical praise. She was later nominated for Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in the family drama Waqt: The Race Against Time. In 2007, she received critical acclaim and won the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in The Last Lear. She has worked in numerous Bollywood films and has been recognized for her performances.
