Qiu Xinzhi is a male Taiwanese actor born in Taipei, Taiwan on March 31, 1968. Also known by names including Khưu Tâm Chí, Chiu Hsin-chih, and Terry Ch, he has 44 known credits in acting. A native of Lianjiang County, he currently resides in Shanghai. He is recognized as an old acquaintance of Qiong Yao, who specifically invited him to play Emperor Qianlong in the new My Fair Princess.
