Dynevor has had recurring roles in the BBC series Prisoners' Wives and Dickensian, and a main role in the Crackle crime series Snatch. She also appeared in the TV Land comedy-drama Younger. Additionally, Dynevor has starred in the films The Colour Room, Fair Play, and Inheritance, and the period drama Bridgerton.
