Nicholas King Nolte, known as Nick Nolte, is an American actor born on February 8, 1941, in Omaha, Nebraska, USA. He is a leading man in both dramas and romances. Nolte first gained fame for his role in the ABC miniseries Rich Man, Poor Man in 1976. He received a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Motion Picture Drama for The Prince of Tides in 1991.
