Gordon appeared in the drama series Animal Kingdom from 2016 to 2018. Her film work includes the comedies Life of the Party (2018), Booksmart (2019) and Good Boys (2019). In 2023 she co‑directed, co‑wrote and starred in the musical comedy Theater Camp and began a recurring role as Claire on the FX series The Bear, which continues to the present.
