Michael Elliot Mike Epps was born on November 18, 1970, in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. He is an American stand-up comedian, actor, film producer, writer, singer, musician, and rapper. Epps is best known for playing Day-Day Jones in Next Friday and Friday After Next, and for starring alongside Ice Cube in All About The Benjamins. He is also known as the new voice of Boog in Open Season 2 and Open Season 3. As of 2010, he served as the executive producer on a documentary about the life story of a former member of Tupac Shakur's Outlawz, titled Napoleon: Life Of An Outlaw. Additionally, he has been recognized for his work in productions including The Sopranos, The Boondocks, and Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty.
