Machiko Soga was a Japanese actress and voice actress who also performed under the stage name Stella Soga. She is best known for her role as Witch Bandora in the production Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger. This footage was subsequently adapted for the series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, in which her character was adapted into the role of Rita Repulsa.
