Biography
Louis D'Esposito is an executive producer and co-president of Marvel Studios. Born in 1958 in the Bronx, New York, he began his film career in the early 1990s as an associate producer and first assistant director on various Hollywood productions. His early work included the films Another You in 1991, Basic Instinct in 1992, Dudley Do-Right in 1999, S.W.A.T. in 2003, and The Pursuit of Happyness in 2006. In 2006, D'Esposito joined Marvel Studios, making his debut as a unit production manager and executive producer on Iron Man in 2008. He continued in these roles on Captain America: The First Avenger and various Marvel One-Shots, eventually becoming a central figure in the Marvel cinematic productions.
