Lim Ji-yeon is a South Korean actress born in Seoul, South Korea on June 23, 1990. After appearing in a number of short films and plays, she had her first feature film role in the 2014 movie Obsessed. Her role in the film earned her a Best New Actress nomination at the 35th Blue Dragon Film Awards, as well as wins at the 51st Grand Bell Awards and the 51st Baeksang Arts Awards, among other accolades. She later gained international acclaim for her role in the Netflix series The Glory, which aired from 2022 to 2023, winning Best Supporting Actress at the 59th Baeksang Arts Awards. She is also known for portraying the protagonist in the historical drama The Tale of Lady Ok from 2024 to 2025 and appearing in Netflix projects including My Royal Nemesis in 2026.
