Leslie Clark Stevens IV was an American producer, writer, and director born in Washington, D.C., on February 3, 1924. He passed away on April 24, 1998, at the age of 74. Throughout his career, Stevens created two television series for the ABC network, namely Stoney Burke and The Outer Limits, and he created the series Search for NBC. In film, Stevens directed the 1966 horror film Incubus, which starred William Shatner and stands as the second film to use the Esperanto language.
