Lee Dong-wook
Biography
Lee Dong-wook is a South Korean actor and model born in Seoul, South Korea on November 6, 1981. He made his acting debut in 1999 in an MBC single-episode drama after being spotted by a producing director who subsequently cast him in the teen drama School 2. He began to gain recognition through his performance in School 3. Known for his work in television dramas, his leading roles include My Girl, Scent of a Woman, Hotel King, Goblin, Strangers From Hell, Tale of the Nine Tailed, Bad and Crazy, and A Shop for Killers. In August 2009, he enlisted in the military and served under the National Defense Public Relations Service until his discharge in June 2011.
