Kevin Heffernan, born May 25 1968 in West Haven, Connecticut, is an American actor, writer, producer and director. He graduated from Fairfield College Preparatory School and earned his undergraduate degree at Colgate University, where he performed with the comedy troupe Charred Goosebeak alongside the other members of Broken Lizard and joined the Beta Theta Pi fraternity. He later received a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. Heffernan is best known for portraying Vermont State Trooper Rod Farva in the film Super Troopers, playing the characters Landfill and Gil in Beerfest, and co‑starring as “Sheev” in the Dukes of Hazzard movie. He is a core member of the Broken Lizard comedy group and has accumulated more than forty acting credits.
