She began her acting career with a role in the film Loving Generously and made her first television appearance on Resurrection. She also appeared in Adult Swim's Too Many Cooks, an episode that went viral on YouTube, and starred in the films Linoleum in 2022 and Southern Gospel in 2023. Nacon played Elisia Brown in the go90 web series Tagged from 2016 to 2018. Her most notable role is Enid on The Walking Dead, appearing from 2015 to 2019 and becoming a main character in season 9. In 2015, Nacon released her first EP titled Love in May.
