Shirasu's stage debut was in the Prince of Tennis 2 musical in 2011, following his participation in the 22nd Junon Super Boy contest in 2010, where he ranked in the top 30. Shirasu has also been involved in various musical productions, including Hana Yori Dango: The Musical, in which he portrayed Rui Hanazawa in early 2016.
