Grace Gua Ah-leh, also known as Rose Kuei Ya-lei Ah Lei Gua, is a Taiwanese actress and singer who was born in Changsha, Hunan, China, on June 2, 1944. Active since 1965, she has portrayed over two hundred roles in film and television. Her professional career in film began in 1965 with The Rain of Sorrow, for which she received a Golden Horse Award for Best Leading Actress as the youngest winner in Golden Horse history in that category. The following year, she won a second Best Leading Actress Golden Horse award for Home, Sweet Home. In 1978, she won the Best Supporting Actress Golden Horse award for her role in The Diary of Didi. She studied acting at the National Taiwan University of Arts.
