Fiona Bell is a Scottish actress born in Rosneath, which was then part of Dunbartonshire, Scotland. Developing an interest in acting at a young age, she joined the Scottish Youth Theatre in Glasgow at the age of 15. She subsequently pursued her formal training at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, graduating with a BA Acting degree in 1986.
