Eunice Fay McKenzie was an American actress and singer born on February 19, 1918, in Hollywood, California, to film actor Eva and actor and director Robert McKenzie. She began her screen career in 1918 at ten weeks old, appearing in silent films as a child and sound films as an adult. McKenzie worked on Broadway, radio, and television. During the early 1940s, she starred in five horse opera features opposite Gene Autry and collaborated with director Blake Edwards on five occasions. Her final project was the comedy Kill a Better Mousetrap, filmed in the summer of 2018 with her son Tom Waldman Jr. McKenzie died on April 16, 2019, at the age of 101.
