Elli Tryngou is a Greek actress born in Patra on November 8, 1989. She graduated from the Dramatic School of the National Theater in 2016. After completing her first year of school in 2014, she acted in the film Suntan. She subsequently starred in the short film 37 days, earning the supporting actress award from the Hellenic Film Academy and the debut actress award from the Athens International Film Festival. In 2019, she played one of the two central roles in the series Motorway 65 directed by Evie Kalogiropoulou, which reached the competition section of the Cannes festival. In theater, she participated in the performance Sleeping Star directed by Yiannis Economidis.
