Karim Dule Hill, born May 3, 1975, in Orange, New Jersey, is an American actor and tap dancer. He is best known for his television roles as personal presidential aide Charlie Young on the NBC drama series The West Wing, and as pharmaceutical salesman and private detective Burton Gus Guster on the USA Network comedy-drama series Psych. In addition to his television work, he has appeared in minor film roles in Holes and She's All That.
