David Rudman was born on June 1, 1964, in Chicago, Illinois, USA. He is a male puppeteer, voice actor, and producer with 118 known credits in the acting category on the Movie Database. He is best known as a performer of many Sesame Street Muppet characters. He originated the role of Baby Bear, took over as Richard Hunt's half of The Two Headed Monster following Hunt's death, and received two Emmy Award nominations for his work replacing Frank Oz as Cookie Monster, though Oz occasionally still records new material for the character. Rudman also worked on Rankin/Bass productions such as Rudolph's Shiny New Year, and serves as the executive producer and voice of the lead character Jack on Jack's Big Music Show on the Nick Jr. cable television channel.
