Daniel H. Jenkins is an American actor born on January 17, 1963, in New York City, New York. He is the son of Ken Jenkins and Joan Patchen. Before making his Broadway debut, he spent two years working with Actors Theatre in Louisville, Kentucky. In 1985, he received a Tony Award nomination for his role as Huckleberry Finn in Big River. On screen, he played one of the lead roles in Robert Altman's film O.C. and Stiggs, which was shot in 1984 and released in 1988, and he collaborated with Altman again in the 1988 miniseries Tanner '88. Known for acting, he holds thirty-five known credits.
