Brenda Jean Bakke is an American actress born on May 15, 1963. Originally from Klamath Falls, Oregon, she was raised in Portland before moving to Los Angeles to study acting at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Bakke began her professional career in the mid-1980s, appearing in television series episodes and minor roles in low-budget comedies. She is widely recognized for her work in 1990s films, including Hot Shots! Part Deux, Gunmen, Demon Knight, Under Siege 2: Dark Territory, and L.A. Confidential, in which she portrayed the character Lana Turner.
