Biography
Billy Brown is an American actor. He was born and raised in Inglewood, California. Brown has appeared in several television series, including Lights Out, where he played the role of Richard "Death Row" Reynolds, and Dexter, where he portrayed detective Mike Anderson. He also had recurring roles in Sons of Anarchy as August Marks and The Following as Agent Troy Riley. Additionally, Brown provided the second voice of Cliffjumper in the animated series Transformers: Prime. He has starred in the CBS drama series Hostages and the ABC drama series How to Get Away with Murder, both produced by Shonda Rhimes.
