Also known as Ann Zika, she was married to George Zika until his death in 1999, and they had two children. Stevens appeared in several Three Stooges films, including He Cooked His Goose, Pardon My Backfire, and Blunder Boys. Her other acting credits include The Hoodlum, The Sun Was Setting by Edward D. Wood Jr., Without Warning!, Creature with the Atom Brain, The Wild One, Utah Blaine as Mary Blake, The Shadow on the Window as Myra, and The Harder They Fall as Girl.
