Aleksei Yevgenyevich Kravchenko is a Soviet and Russian actor born on October 10, 1969, in Podolsk near Moscow. He is known for his role as a young boy in the resistance army in the 1985 film Come and See, directed by E. Klimov, which marked his film debut when he was fourteen years old. After graduating from vocational school, he served in the Navy. He subsequently applied to the Boris Shchukin Theatre Institute in 1991 and graduated in 1995 from the course led by Alla Kazanskaya. Following a period of more than a decade without acting credits, he has appeared in at least one film or television show almost every year since 1998. He was named a Honored Artist of Russia in 2007.
