Synopsis
Due to heavy rain, the water level of the upstream reservoir in Xinguan Village surged rapidly. Xing Kelei received orders to evacuate all residents of Xinguan Village immediately. However, Shao Yuhan insisted on completing the surgery for a patient before leaving. Their opposing stances led to an argument.
