Overview

Wild Heart, also known by the Turkish title Yabani, is a television drama series that premiered in 2023. The production is a creation of Hilal Yildiz and is directed by Cagatay Tosun, with NTC Medya serving as the production company and Fatih Aksoy and Mehmet Yigit Alp as producers. The series follows the life of a young boy named Yaman who was abducted from a wealthy family during his childhood. After being kidnapped, he grows up on the streets, where he forms a tight bond with other street children while facing the hardships and violence of survival. Years later, Yaman is unexpectedly reunited with his biological family, the Soysalan family. This reunion forces him to navigate two distinct worlds as he struggles to reconcile his past identity with his new family ties. Throughout the series, Yaman confronts betrayal, class conflict, and emotional wounds while fighting to reclaim his place. The show, which features actors including Halit Ozgur Sari, Yurdaer Okur, Dolunay Soysert, and Bertan Asllani, is scheduled to run through 2025.
