Nine more finalists have been selected to compete for $10 million in ""Super Millionaire,"" airing MONDAY, FEB. 23 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network. Regis Philbin hosts the new and amped-up version of ""Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.""
