This lack of purpose causes her long-suppressed regrets over giving up her dream of pursuing fashion design to bubble up. After receiving a peculiar heart-shaped Christmas ornament, she wakes up in an alternate reality where she is a world-famous fashion designer. While meeting and attending Christmas events with this alternate-universe Adam, she learns that success can be lonely and that her real dream was always right in front of her.
