Vayasu Pilichindi is a 1978 Telugu-language film directed by C. V. Sridhar. The film is a remake of Sridhar's own Tamil film Ilamai Oonjal Aadukirathu, released in the same year. This remake is part of a trilogy of films based on the same story, with Sridhar also directing a Hindi adaptation titled Dil-e-Nadaan in 1982.
