Vampire Girl is a 2013 television series centered on Daisy O'Brian, a teenage girl with vampire parents who aspires to pursue a singing career in musical comedy. According to her family's tradition, she must choose whether to become a vampire on her 16th birthday. Daisy initially decides to remain human so she can be with her neighbor and classmate Max, whom she loves. However, a fatal accident on that same day leads doctors to inform her parents that she will not survive. In order to save her life, her parents turn her into a vampire, making her the newest member of their undead family while her younger brother Vicente becomes the only mortal among them. The series explores Daisy's adjustment to her new existence and the challenges that come with being a vampire while maintaining her human connections and dreams.
